Since going with Bomi, my days off are truly my days off.

Before I hired Bomi, I was spending hours a week on insurance billing. I had to block off time in my schedule just to make a phone call. I was spending hours following up on claims, denied claims, rejected claims, stale claims. It was really stressful.

Really pleasantly surprised when I found Bomi because I knew that I could trust them. They're so communicative. I don't have to squeeze in a phone call between dinner and putting my kids to bed.

Now my work week looks exactly how I want it to look. I see clients a few days a week, and the rest of the days are truly my days off.

Having my weeks back to myself is really a great feeling. I would seriously consider handing over your billing to Bomi.

Evenings are not billing time anymore

My week feels different now in that I don't have to do my own billing. I also don't really have to worry about things getting done.

I know that Bomi is going to do it, and if there are problems, they'll handle those.

Before I started with Bomi, the most frustrating part was trying to get paid. I did not get paid for an entire year, almost.

His response time is so great, and the efficiency with which all of the billing is done.

I used to spend a lot of time at night after seeing seven, eight clients doing the billing. It was really nice to be able to just have an evening free.

What does "insurance concierge" mean?

After sessions

Therapy practice math

If Bomi gives you back one client slot a week, it can often pay for itself.

Bomi Billing is 4% of net collections, so your practice keeps 96%. For many solo practices, if Bomi saves enough admin time, billing stress, or claim follow-up to open one additional client slot each week, that session can often cover the fee.

The upside does not have to come only from more sessions - it can also come from fewer stale claims, cleaner benefit checks, faster denial follow-up, and fewer unpaid balances.

Example: at 20 sessions/week and $125 collected/session, one additional weekly session more than offsets the example monthly Bomi fee.
