Built for complexity

Providers, payers, rosters, claims, and reporting in one workflow.

  • Provider onboarding and credentialing
  • Payer roster updates
  • Claims by clinician, payer, and location
  • Denial and A/R reporting
  • Optional payout, payroll, and QuickBooks support

Built for practices adding complexity.

Bomi group support is for practices that are moving from one provider to a real insurance operation across clinicians, payers, rosters, claims, and reporting.

Hiring their first additional clinician

Managing multiple providers across payers

Expanding locations or telehealth markets

Cleaning up roster and credentialing issues

Trying to understand revenue by clinician, payer, or location

Needing payout, payroll, QuickBooks, or reporting support

What Bomi helps group practices run

A larger practice needs clean claims and benefit checks, plus coordinated credentialing, provider rosters, revenue attribution, payout support, and reporting across the team.

Provider onboarding

Coordinate payer-facing data, NPI/NPPES, CAQH, malpractice, W-9, locations, EHR permissions, and billing readiness as clinicians join.

Roster updates

Help keep payer rosters aligned when clinicians join, leave, change locations, or need demographic updates.

Group and individual credentialing

Track credentialing by clinician, payer, location, effective date, and operational billing status.

Claims by clinician and payer

Monitor claims, EOBs, denials, stale claims, balances, and revenue movement across providers and payers.

Denial and A/R reporting

Surface issues by payer, clinician, location, aging bucket, and resolution path.

Revenue attribution

Support cleaner reporting across clinicians, services, payer mix, payments, balances, and credits.

Optional payout and payroll support

Add support for payout calculations, payroll-adjacent reporting, and practice-specific owner workflows.

QuickBooks and accounting support

Coordinate billing outputs with accounting workflows when the practice needs deeper financial visibility.

Flexible support for growing teams.

Bomi Billing is month-to-month and based on net collections, even for group practices. We invoice at the end of the month after collections are received.

For larger practices, Bomi can also help coordinate provider rosters, credentialing maintenance, reporting by clinician, and optional payout, payroll, QuickBooks, or rate-audit workflows.

Therapy practice math

If Bomi gives your team back a few client slots a week, it can often pay for itself.

At the same average collection rate, one extra weekly session offsets Bomi's 4% fee for about 24 weekly sessions. For a group billing 120 sessions per week, about five extra weekly sessions can offset the fee.

Formula

Bomi monthly fee
= weekly sessions x average collected session rate x 4.33 x 4%

One extra weekly session
= 1 x average collected session rate x 4.33 x 96%

Break-even
approximately 24 weekly sessions

Example

20 sessions / week
$125 average
Monthly collections
$10,825
Bomi fee at 4%
$433 / month
One extra session / week
$520 after 4%

In this example, one additional weekly session more than offsets Bomi's monthly fee.

Works with your existing EHR

No EHR migration required.

Bomi works with the EHR your team already uses. For groups, we help align billing workflows, permissions, clinician attribution, claims, rosters, and reporting inside the existing system whenever possible.

Credentialing by clinician

Bomi helps group practices track provider onboarding, individual and group credentialing, CAQH, attestations, effective dates, demographic updates, roster updates, and payer maintenance.

Billing and reporting by team

Bomi helps track claims, denials, stale claims, balances, credits, payment plans, A/R, and revenue reporting by clinician, payer, and location.

Group owners need the same insurance relief, with more moving parts.

This is the first time owning my own practice. However, I have had some experience with navigating billing. I was actually SHOCKED to see how fast claims were getting paid out. From my previous experiences, other billing professionals told me weeks, maybe months. Bomi has been quick and effective.

George helped me get credentialed in a few weeks with Medicare despite paying another community biller for credentialing, waiting for months and being told that I was not eligible. Additionally he got me reimbursed and on the right track for a complex insurance case that had been denied for the past year.
