QuickBooks Connector Terms

Internal Use

Bomi QuickBooks Connector is an internal Bomi Health, Inc. app used only by authorized Bomi personnel to read Bomi's own QuickBooks Online accounting data. It is not offered as a standalone service to external customers.

Authorized Access

Only a Bomi administrator with authority over the relevant QuickBooks Online company may connect or reconnect the app. By authorizing the app, the administrator permits Bomi to read QuickBooks accounting data for Bomi corporate operations.

Read-Only Design

• The connector is designed for read-only accounting access.
• Bomi does not use this connector to create, update, delete, approve, send, or post QuickBooks records.
• Bomi uses data read through the connector for internal accounting, reconciliation, runway, audit, and tax-preparation support.

Disconnection

Bomi may disconnect the app at any time from QuickBooks Online or from the connector's internal operations. Disconnecting revokes future access but does not automatically delete historical corporate records Bomi must retain for accounting, tax, audit, security, or legal purposes.

No Warranty

The connector is provided for Bomi internal corporate operations and is maintained by Bomi. To the maximum extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties beyond those Bomi expressly accepts in writing.
