Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to provide to Bomi Health, such as your name, email address, practice information, and messages submitted through our website forms.

If you interact with a Bomi Health app through Meta developer tools or Meta products, we may receive limited information allowed by Meta and your permissions, such as an app-scoped user ID, public profile information, email address, page or ad account identifiers, and related metadata needed to operate or test the app.

We also use common website technologies, including cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, log data, and similar tools, to understand site traffic, measure advertising performance, and improve our services.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve Bomi Health services, operate and test our app integrations, measure marketing performance, prevent misuse, and comply with legal or platform requirements.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use information received from Meta products for unrelated purposes or share it except as needed to operate the app, support Bomi Health services, comply with law, or work with service providers under appropriate confidentiality obligations.

Service Providers

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, analytics, customer communication, scheduling, email delivery, database services, and advertising measurement. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services to us.

Data Retention and Deletion

To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you or your Meta app interaction, email george@billwithbomi.com with the subject line "Privacy Request". We will review and respond to requests as required by applicable law and platform rules.

If you connected to Bomi Health through a Meta product, you can also remove app access from your Meta account settings.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No internet or storage system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Bomi Health services and app integrations are intended for business use and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
